All customers are the importer of record in the destination country, you are responsible for: (a) paying for all import fees such as import duties and customs taxes, and (b) ensuring that Products can be lawfully imported, and comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Only unused and unopened products will be accepted for return. In such cases, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. A return shipping fee of US$10 will be charged. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To complete your return, please contact us or send us an email - info@evatsang.net with the subject line “Return” stating the item you would like to return, your order number and reason for making the return.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed via PayPal.
